1. Processing Options
All orders are processed dynamically. For customers locating within Sangrur city limits, we offer an expedited local delivery service running 24x7! Local orders are generally dispatched within an hour of confirmation. For PAN India orders, standard dispatch times are 1-2 business days.
2. National Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping takes about 3-6 business days depending on your physical location in India. Deliveries to remote locations might incur slightly longer transit times.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an update notification (along with an AWB / Tracking number for national orders). You can check your dashboard 'Orders' tab to monitor your real-time shipment status.
4. Damages
