Refund Policy

1. Returns
Our return policy lasts for 3 days from the delivery date due to the perishable nature of our imported snacks, beverages, and chocolates. If 3 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its sealed original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (such as UPI or Razorpay Gateway) within 5-7 business days. COD refunds may be processed via Bank Transfer.
3. Non-returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as opened imported snacks, melted chocolates (depending on climatic scenarios unchecked at delivery), or unsealed beverages cannot be returned.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
We only replace items if they are inherently defective or damaged during transit. Ensure you capture an unboxing video as valid proof. In case of an exchange, contact our WhatsApp Support instantly.
